Worked for Delicios Foods out of Eau Claire. When Carson Proctor the owner past away his wife sold out to Reinhart Foods out of La crosse,WI. Loved sausage that's why I have high cholestrol. I could taste the dill in you product , but for the not so avid eater it would be hard to distinguish that taste. Needs more dill and another filler that gives it more of the sausage taste. The stick were kind of soft and mushy. You asked for a honest opinion and got one. "Semper Fi" John Loved the curds. Keep up the good work!!!
