Italian spices lend a flavor reminiscent of the best parts of a great pizza. This is a fan favorite of all ages! Try this with a side of Drizzle Sauces! Serve hot!

• Weight: 6 oz

Preparation Instructions:

  • Air Fryer:  Cut to desired size.  Heat at 400 degrees for about 4 minutes each side and BOOM!  COMES OUT PERFECT!
  • Skillet:  Preheat non-stick pan to med-high on stovetop.  Cut cheese to desired size pieces.  Place cheese pieces into DRY preheated pan.  Brown to your liking, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Grilling:  Cut cheese to desired size and place on foil.  Grill 5-10 minutes or until cheese glistens.
  • Microwave:  Cut cheese to desired size and heat on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    I’m Obsessed

    We eat a meat-based keto diet (lifestyle really) and this is the perfect snack, side dish, treat. I love throwing the oven-baked cheese on the grill and cutting it into strips. All of the blocks I’ve tried so far have been AMAZING!!!! I can’t wait to try more. I will definitely be a repeat customer especially since it’s a family business.

    Yummy!

    I cut pieces off and put them in a skillet, cooking them on each side and then dipped them in Rao's marinara. It was an awesome Keto snack!
